Volleyball Recap: Rio Linda Takes a Loss

Rio Linda was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Casa Roble Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-11, 25-15.

Rio Linda's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Casa Roble, their win bumped their record up to 8-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Rio Linda will square off against rival Natomas at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Casa Roble is set to face off against their familiar foe El Camino at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
