Soccer Recap: Middletown South Starts Season with Victory Against Burlington Township

Middletown South gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They never let the Burlington Township Falcons get on the board and left with a 2-0 win.

Middletown South and Burlington Township will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Eagles see the pitch they'll take on Holmdel at 4:00 p.m. on September 4. As for Burlington Township, their break will end when they face Westampton Tech at 3:45 p.m. on September 5.
