Softball Recap: Lake Worth Starts Season with Defeat at Home

Lake Worth unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 21-4 to the American Heritage Stallions on Thursday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it eight in a row.

The victory got American Heritage back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lake Worth will take on Atlantic at 6:30 p.m. on February 27th. As for American Heritage, they will face off against Atlantic Christian at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
