Game recap: Fivay High School Football Team takes down Lecanto

HUDSON, Fla. - Fivay (Hudson, Fla.) upset No. 343 Lecanto (Fla.) 35-20 on Saturday.

After taking the lead on an Eric Vitale touchdown pass to Trenton Soto in the second quarter, the Falcons were up 15-14 at the half.

Fivay grew its lead to two points entering the fourth quarter. FHS's lone score in the quarter came on an Vitale touchdown pass to Davion Sutton.

The win was a nice bounce back for the Hudson school, which lost to Pasco last week, 50-7.

In a non-conference game next week Fivay (2-1) takes on Anclote, and Lecanto (2-2) will go up against Belleview also in a non-conference game.
