Soccer Recap: Raymond Comes Up Short

Raymond lost against Richland back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Raymond came up short against Richland, falling 7-0. That's two games in a row now that Raymond has lost by exactly seven goals.

Raymond's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Richland, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1-1.

Raymond will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Hazlehurst at 6:30 p.m. on December 2. As for Richland, they will face off against Kosciusko at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Kosciusko's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
