Basketball Recap: West Fork's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Four

West Fork waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victor by a 60-38 margin over the Nashua-Plainfield Huskies. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 46-31 back in January.

West Fork's victory bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Nashua-Plainfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Fork will head out to take on Osage at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. West Fork knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Osage likes a good challenge. As for Nashua-Plainfield, they will head out on the road to challenge North Butler at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Nashua-Plainfield is facing North Butler at the right time seeing as North Butler is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
