St. Michael was not able to secure the win in their season-opener on Monday. They and the Woodlawn-B.R. Panthers finished up their matchup with a 2-2 draw. St. Michael had to tread lightly for part of the contest as Jackson Heimann and Camden Gitz were both handed yellow cards, which could explain the final result.

Gitz was the only thing that stood between St. Michael and a shutout considering he scored both of St. Michael's goals.

With that draw, Woodlawn-B.R.'s record moves to 0-1-1.

Coming up, St. Michael will venture away from home to take on De La Salle at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Woodlawn-B.R., they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Tara at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
