Baseball Game Preview: Indian Land Warriors vs. Northwestern Trojans

For the second straight game, Indian Land will face off against Northwestern. The Warriors will look to defend their home field on Friday against the Trojans at 7:00 p.m. Indian Land is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games.

Indian Land is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against Northwestern on Wednesday as they made off with a 14-2 victory. Considering the Warriors have won 14 contests by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Indian Land pushed their record up to 21-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Northwestern, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-14.
