Basketball Recap: Front Royal HomeSchool Comes Up Short

Front Royal HomeSchool had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 52-44 to the Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association Patriots on Friday.

Despite the defeat, Front Royal HomeSchool saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Gertrud Osbourne posted 20 points. Madeline Wobbe was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Front Royal HomeSchool wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 68-23 loss against South Guilford HomeSchool on the 14th. As for Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Collegiate at 5:30 p.m. on December 2.
