Basketball Game Preview: Silver Creek Raiders vs. Los Altos Eagles

The Silver Creek Raiders and the Los Altos Eagles will face off at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Silver Creek will bounce into Saturday's game after beating Santa Clara, who they had gone 0-3 against in their three prior meetings. Silver Creek snuck past Santa Clara with a 45-40 win on Friday. The 45-point effort marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Los Altos beat Prospect 46-40 on Friday.

Silver Creek's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Los Altos, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Silver Creek might still be hurting after the 46-24 defeat they got from Los Altos in their previous meeting back in December of 2022. Can Silver Creek avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
