Nyssa won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Saturday. They came up short against the Riverside Pirates, falling 80-55. The Bulldogs' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Nyssa's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-5. As for Riverside, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Nyssa will challenge La Grande at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Riverside, they will venture away from home to challenge McLoughlin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Riverside has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 214 points over their last three matches.
