It's playoff time, and Davenport had no trouble coming through when it counted. They never let the Travis Rebels get on the board and left with a 17-0 victory on Thursday. The Wolves might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by six runs or more this season.

Davenport has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-5-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Travis, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-8.

Coming up, Davenport will square off against La Vernia on Thursday. Travis will be paying especially close attention to the Wolves' contest: after the Wolves face off against Wimberley, they'll take on Travis again on Thursday.
