They came up short against the Rangers, falling 3-0. The Lightning have struggled against the Rangers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Lanier Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Fideles Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Fideles Christian beat Lanier Christian Academy by a score of 3-0 later that day.
