There's no place like home for LeRoy-Ostrander, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against the Houston Hurricanes by a score of 3-1 on Monday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

LeRoy-Ostrander had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 15-25, 25-12, 25-22, 25-19.

LeRoy-Ostrander found their leader in freshman Tessa Lewison, who had 22 digs.

When it comes to explaining why Houston lost, don't look at Olivia Yohe. Despite the final result, she had 22 digs and two aces. Yohe is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last three games she's played. Jorja Meyer was another key player, getting eight kills, eight digs, two aces, and one block.

LeRoy-Ostrander's win bumped their record up to 10-15. As for Houston, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season.
