Tate gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They walked away with a 75-66 victory over the Niceville Eagles. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Aggies also won the last time the pair played back in February.

When it comes to explaining why Niceville lost, don't look at Alex Faircloth. Despite the final result, he went 6-for-11 to rack up 15 points and three steals. Malachi White was another key player, shooting 50% from the field en route to 14 points.

Niceville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Tate is headed away from home for the first time to challenge Pensacola at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Niceville, they will square off against Mosley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
