After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Washington, Pekin was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 21-13 victory over the Morton Potters. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Dragons as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Pekin's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-3. As for Morton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.
