Soccer Recap: Valley Vista Comes Up Short

Valley Vista lost against Sunnyslope last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Valley Vista Monsoon fell 2-0 to the Sunnyslope Vikings. The Monsoon just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Valley Vista's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3-1. As for Sunnyslope, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

Valley Vista will head out on the road to face off against Skyline at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Valley Vista is facing Skyline at the right time seeing as Skyline is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Sunnyslope, they will be home for the holidays to greet Cesar Chavez at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Cesar Chavez will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Sunnyslope surely won't give up without a fight.
