Volleyball Game Preview: Tippecanoe Red Devils vs. Ross Rams

The Tippecanoe Red Devils will face off against the Ross Rams at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Tippecanoe sitting on 25 straight victories and Ross on seven.

Tippecanoe is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They blew past Talawanda 3-0.

One reason for the win was Tippecanoe's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-18, 25-10.

Meanwhile, Ross made easy work of Bellbrook on Saturday and carried off a 3-0 win.

Ross not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Bellbrook between 16 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-18, 25-18.

Tippecanoe better focus on containing Sophie Ober and Bailey Cole as the pair were huge in Ross' win. Ober had seven digs and two aces, while Cole had nine digs and one assist. That's the most digs Cole has posted since back in September.

Ross' victory bumped their record up to 23-2. As for Tippecanoe, their win bumped their record up to 25-0.
