The Lions lost 4-0 to the Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool Nighthawks on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for Kansas City East Christian Academy in their meetings with Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool: they've now lost five in a row.

Kansas City East Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Northeast Kansas Nighthawks HomeSchool, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-2.
