They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 45-43 victory over Paradise Valley Christian Prep. For Brighton Charter, this counts as revenge for the 54-52 defeat Paradise Valley Christian Prep walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2022.

Brighton Charter got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Tyler Potter out in front who scored 13 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Potter has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Dylan Mastrapasqua, who scored 11 points.

Brighton Charter's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Paradise Valley Christian Prep, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brighton Charter will take on Estrella at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Paradise Valley Christian Prep, they will be playing at home against A+ Charter School at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Arizona (A+ Charter School is ranked 224th, while Paradise Valley Christian Prep is ranked 229th).
