West Hempstead had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell victim to a rough 14-2 defeat at the hands of the Lynbrook Owls. West Hempstead was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Lynbrook apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2019.
