Volleyball Recap: Johnson Find Success

Johnson won the last time they faced Groves and things went their way on Thursday too. The Atomsmashers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Rebels.

Johnson easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-13.

Johnson's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Groves, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Johnson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Jenkins on the 21st. As for Groves, they will welcome Southeast Bulloch at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
