Football Recap: Seneca Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Seneca's offense. They were beaten by the Atherton Ravens 49-0 on Friday. The Red Hawks haven't had much luck with the Ravens recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Seneca's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Atherton, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Seneca is set to face off against their familiar foe Butler at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Atherton will square off against rival Iroquois at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
