Softball Recap: Manhattan Village Academy Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Manhattan Village Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. Everything went their way against the Chelsea Lions on Tuesday as they made off with a 19-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Silver Hawks, who have now won three matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Manhattan Village Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Chelsea, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Manhattan Village Academy and Chelsea will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Silver Hawks see the field they'll take on Economics & Finance at 4:00 p.m. on the 21st. As for Chelsea, their break will end when they face Information Tech at 4:00 p.m. on the 21st.
