Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Midway

Midway waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Copperas Cove Bulldawgs with a sharp 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Midway was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-14, 25-12.

Midway's win bumped their record up to 21-10. As for Copperas Cove, they moved to 16-17 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Coincidentally, Midway and Copperas Cove will both be playing Harker Heights the next time they take the court. The Bulldawgs will host the Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Panthers will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
