Lighthouse Christian Academy had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Pleasant View Christian Bulldogs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in August.

The 2-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-22.

Taylor Helbert paced Lighthouse Christian Academy's offense, picking up nine kills. Helbert got some help from Jane Holdeman and her 14 assists. Helbert was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Lighthouse Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Pleasant View Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lighthouse Christian Academy will face off against Shoals at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pleasant View Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Horizon Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
