It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Stafford can now relate to. They fell 75-65 to the Washington Eagles on Friday. The Spartans' loss signaled the end of their 36-game winning streak.

It was another big night for Samuel Johnson, who almost dropped a double-double with 22 points and nine boards for Washington. Johnson is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in each of the last 13 games he's played. Another player making a difference was Kadyn Barnes, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 13 boards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Stafford fell to 36-1. As for Washington, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-4 record this season.

Stafford does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Washington, they will square off against LBJ Austin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as LBJ Austin comes in on 15 and Washington on eight.
