On Thursday Trion will have to hit the road after three straight games at home. They will venture away from home to take on the Fannin County Rebels at 5:00 p.m. Fannin County took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Trion, who comes in off a win.
Last Thursday, Trion earned a 2-0 win over Rome.
After all that action, the final score was 25-17, 25-22.
Meanwhile, Fannin County didn't have quite enough to beat Christian Heritage on Tuesday and fell 2-1. The Rebels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Fannin County sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 13-25, 15-8.
Trion pushed their record up to 12-8 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Fannin County, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-4.
