Soccer Recap: Ellwood City Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Ellwood City lost against Beaver back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wolverine lost 12-0 to the Bobcats. While losing is never fun, Ellwood City can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 558th, while Beaver are ranked 125th).

Ellwood City's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Beaver, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Ellwood City will take on Avonworth at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Beaver, they will square off against Central Valley on Saturday.
