Softball Recap: Brantley Comes Up Short

Brantley fell victim to Rehobeth and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Rebels, falling 15-0. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Bulldogs' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Brantley's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 17-11. As for Rehobeth, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-12-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brantley will venture away from home to take on Elba at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Rehobeth, they will square off against Russell County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
