After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Midland Christian, Southwest Christian School was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Grapevine Faith Christian Lions by a score of 21-14. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2021.

It was another big night for Robert Jones Ii, who rushed for 223 yards and two touchdowns. He is becoming a predictor of Southwest Christian School's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is 2-1 (and 1-3 when he doesn't).
