The Ariton Purple Cats had to hit the road for their first game and sadly it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They suffered a tough 3-0 loss at the hands of Dale County on Thursday.

The win made it two in a row for Dale County and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Ariton will head out on the road to square off against Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dale County, they will square off against Long at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
