Volleyball Game Preview: Pomona Red Devils vs. Edgewood Lions

The Pomona Red Devils will head out to challenge the Edgewood Lions at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Friday, Pomona didn't have quite enough to beat La Puente and fell 3-2.

Meanwhile, Edgewood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Bassett.

Edgewood's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Pomona, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-11.

Pomona suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Edgewood in their previous meeting back in September. Can the Red Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
