Soccer Recap: York Takes a Loss

York lost to Richland Northeast back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cougars fell just short of the Cavaliers by a score of 2-1.

York's goal came courtesy of Brandon Chalk, who's now up to two this season.

York now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Richland Northeast, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. York is set to face off against their familiar foe Dreher at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Richland Northeast will square off against rival Camden at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
