Soccer Game Preview: Tucker vs. Miller Grove

The Tucker Tigers will face off against the Miller Grove Wolverines at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Tucker will be strutting in after a victory while Miller Grove will be coming in after a loss.

Tucker headed into their last game having not scored more than one goal for five straight, but Central Gwinnett let them put that streak behind them. The Tigers walked away with a 4-2 win over the Black Knights last Thursday. The victory was some much needed relief for Tucker as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Miller Grove's offense. They came up short against Arabia Mountain last Thursday, falling 7-0. Miller Grove have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tucker's win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Miller Grove, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.

Tucker took their victory against Miller Grove when the teams last played back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 11-0 score. Do the Tigers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wolverines turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
