A Season-Best Performance from Rylan Reimolds Leads Rushville-Industry over ROWVA/Williamsfield

On Friday, Rushville-Industry got the W thanks in part to Rylan Reimolds playing the best football he has all season. Reimolds' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 104 rushing yards dating back to last season.

If the past is any indication, Reimolds could be in store for another big game when he takes on Princeville on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Reimolds saw the Princes), he rushed for 106 yards and two touchdowns.

Astoria/VIT Gets a Boost from Foglesong in 34-7 Win

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Kaden Foglesong stepped things up a notch to give Astoria/VIT the 'W'. Monmouth United had no answer to Foglesong as he picked up 60 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 48 yards. Foglesong also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up two sacks and making seven total tackles.

Monmouth United had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Foglesong it was a similar story. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Foglesong saw the Red Storm), he picked up 153 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Rushville-Industry Wins Sixth-Straight Thanks to Brady Downs

Brady Downs's big game helped extend Rushville-Industry's winning streak to six on Friday. Downs' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 105 rushing yards. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 100.4 rushing yards per game.

For the season, Downs has run in 7 touchdowns while averaging 100.4 rushing yards per game.

Avery Fawcett Makes It Two for Astoria/VIT

The second Astoria/VIT player making an appearance here is Avery Fawcett, and for good reason. He rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 99 yards and a touchdown.

On the year, Fawcett has thrown 2 touchdowns while averaging 42.4 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to five.

Adkins Came Up Big in Astoria/VIT's 34-7 Win

Hunter Adkins posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 110 yards and a touchdown.

On the season, Adkins has run in 4 touchdowns while averaging 71.9 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 43.57 rushing yards per game.
