Basketball Recap: Christian Academy-Louisville Makes It Three in a Row at Home

Christian Academy-Louisville won the last time they faced Eastern and things went their way on Friday too. The Christian Academy-Louisville Centurions walked away with a 63-51 win over the Eastern Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Centurions.

Christian Academy-Louisville's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-17. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.3 points over those games. As for Eastern, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Christian Academy-Louisville will venture away from home to face off against Collins at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Eastern, they will head out on the road to square off against Nelson County at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Nelson County knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Eastern likes a good challenge.
