Soccer Recap: Randle Comes Up Short

Randle was the 3-0 winner over Victoria East when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Randle Lions fell just short of the Victoria East Titans by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Lions came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 189th, while the Titans are ranked 666th).

Randle's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Victoria East, their victory bumped their record up to 3-9.

Coincidentally, Randle and Victoria East will both be playing Victoria West the next time they take the pitch. Randle will head out to face Victoria West at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, while Victoria East will host them at 5:30 p.m. on February 25th.
