Basketball Recap: Waukesha North's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

Waukesha North lost against Mukwonago back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Waukesha North Northstars fell 80-72 to the Mukwonago Indians. While losing is never fun, the Northstars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 274th, while the Indians are ranked 79th).

Waukesha North's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-15. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 78.7 points over those games. As for Mukwonago, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 13-10 record.

As of now, neither Waukesha North nor Mukwonago have any future games scheduled.
