Creekside waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Fernandina Beach Pirates. That's more bragging rights for the Knights, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Creekside was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-9, 22-25, 25-16.

Despite the loss, Fernandina Beach still got an impressive performance from Claire Wilson, who had 16 digs and two aces. Wilson has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last three times she's played.

Creekside's victory bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Fernandina Beach, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
