After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Daniel Boone brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They put the hurt on the Dobyns-Bennett Indians with a sharp 11-5 victory on Wednesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Trailblazers as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Emmi Croley spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and two unearned) runs on nine hits.

On the hitting side, Ava Saul was a standout: she scored a run while going 3-for-5. What's more, she posted two RBI, the most she's had since back in April of 2024. Riley Croley was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-4.

Daniel Boone's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Dobyns-Bennett, their loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-7.
