Oak Forest won the last time they faced Blue Island Eisenhower and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bengals walked away with a 2-0 win over the Cardinals. Winning may never get old, but the Bengals sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Oak Forest not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Blue Island Eisenhower between 19 and 21 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-19.

Oak Forest found their leader in sophomore Caleb Perez, who had 11 digs and two assists.

Oak Forest's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Blue Island Eisenhower, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oak Forest will host Tinley Park at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Blue Island Eisenhower, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Crete-Monee at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Cardinals surely won't give up without a fight.
