Softball Recap: Hattiesburg Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Hattiesburg can now relate to. They came up short against the George County Rebels on Thursday, falling 12-0. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Rebels: they've now lost four in a row.

Hattiesburg's defeat dropped their record down to 10-13. As for George County, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 26-2.

As of now, neither Hattiesburg nor the Rebels have any future games scheduled.
