Basketball Recap: Kingswood Takes a Loss

Kingswood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 60-30 defeat at the hands of the Milford Spartans. The Knights were probably out for revenge after losing 59-19 to them when the teams met back in January, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Kingswood's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Milford, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-0.

Kingswood will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Oyster River at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Milford will also get a bit of a break before their next matchup: they'll face off against Laconia at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
