McMinn Central won the last time they faced Polk County and things went their way on Monday too. The Chargers came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Chargers.

McMinn Central easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-17.

McMinn Central's victory bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Polk County, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.
