Baseball Game Preview: Texas Wind vs. Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool Warriors

Texas Wind are taking a road trip to square off against the Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool Warriors at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Texas Wind has given up an average of 7.9 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Texas Wind is headed into Tuesday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Monday. They lost 14-4 to Stephenville FAITH.

He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.

In other batting news, Cooper Stone made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Colton Shockey was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances.

Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4-1. As for Texas Wind, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Texas Wind took their victory against Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 13-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for Texas Wind since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
