Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northwestern). They claimed a resounding 102-73 win over the Hayward Hurricanes. The victory was familiar territory for the Tigers who have now won eight matchups in a row.

Northwestern has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.3 points per game. As for Hayward, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northwestern will take on Cumberland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cumberland is on a five-game streak of home wins, Northwestern a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court. As for Hayward, they will challenge St. Croix Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Hayward's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 16 contests.
