Volleyball Recap: Pacific Ridge Starts off Right with Win over Mission Bay

Pacific Ridge had to kick off their season on the road on Wednesday, but they showed no ill effects. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Mission Bay Buccaneers. The Firebirds not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 25, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

While Pacific Ridge won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-23, 25-19.

Looking ahead, Pacific Ridge will be taking part in a tournament against University City at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mission Bay, they will host High Tech Mesa at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
