Recap: P.K. Yonge Blue Wave vs. Middleburg Broncos
Even though the Middleburg Broncos scored an imposing 61 points on Friday, the P.K. Yonge Blue Wave still came out on top. P.K. Yonge took their contest against Middleburg 70-61.
P.K. Yonge's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jantzen Griffin, who scored 17 points. Another player making a difference was Decedric Sowell, who scored 13 points.
P.K. Yonge now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Middleburg, their loss dropped their record down to 3-1.
P.K. Yonge will be playing in front of their home fans against Eastside at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Middleburg, they will head out on the road to face off against Florida School for the Deaf & Blind at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
