Baseball Recap: Seymour Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Seymour's offense. They came up short against the Melcher-Dallas Saints on Tuesday, falling 9-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Saints: they've now lost five in a row.

Seymour's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Melcher-Dallas, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-5.

Looking ahead, Seymour will be playing in front of their home fans against Murray at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Melcher-Dallas, they will take on Wayne at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Saints are facing the Falcons at the right time seeing as the Falcons are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
